Where we ship
Australia Peptides ships within Australia only.
Dispatch
Orders are processed once payment has been received and confirmed, generally within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and Australian public holidays. Payments confirmed before 12pm AEST may be dispatched the same day.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order, based on the delivery service you select. There are no additional handling, service or payment fees. Free shipping may be offered on eligible orders or during selected promotional periods.

Carriers and signature
Orders are delivered by Australia Post, Aramex or StarTrack, depending on your location and the service selected. A signature is required on delivery for all orders.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. You can also check status on our Track Order page.
Packaging
Orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging. Lyophilised products are stable at room temperature during normal transit.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, contact us at info@austratide.shop and we will lodge an enquiry with the carrier.
