Are your products for research use only?
Yes. Every product sold by Australia Peptides is supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory and scientific research. Nothing we sell is intended for human or veterinary use, and we do not provide advice on personal use.
Do you provide a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?
Yes. Each batch is tested by an independent laboratory using HPLC for purity and mass spectrometry for identity. Certificates are published in our COA Library and on each product page; if a current-batch certificate is still being uploaded, we will email it to you on request.
What purity are your peptides?
Our research peptides are supplied at ≥99% purity as measured by HPLC. The exact figure for each batch is shown on its certificate.
How should peptides be stored?
Store lyophilised (powder) vials at −20 °C, protected from light and moisture. Once reconstituted, keep refrigerated at 2–8 °C. Lyophilised peptides are stable at room temperature during normal transit.
Orders & payment
How do I pay for my order?
Add products to your cart and place the order — no card is needed. We then email you our bank transfer and PayID details. Pay using your order number as the reference and we confirm your order as soon as payment arrives.
How long is my order held?
Stock is reserved for your order while we wait for payment. If payment is not received within a few days the order may be cancelled and the stock released.
Do you offer bulk or institutional pricing?
Yes. Laboratories and research groups ordering larger quantities can contact us for a quote.
Shipping & returns
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed, excluding weekends and public holidays. Payments confirmed before 12pm AEST may be dispatched the same day.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $16.00 and express shipping is $22.00. The exact cost is shown at checkout before you place your order. There are no handling, service or payment fees.
How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping takes 2–6 business days and express 1–3 business days to metropolitan areas. Regional and remote areas take 3–7 business days.
Do you ship outside Australia?
No. We currently ship within Australia only.
Is packaging discreet?
Yes. Orders ship in plain outer packaging with no product names on the outside.
Is a signature required on delivery?
Yes. A signature is required on delivery for all orders.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund. See our Refund Policy for full details.
