2. Research use only
All products are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory and scientific research. They are not drugs, food, dietary supplements or cosmetics and are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, diagnosis, treatment or prevention of any disease. You agree to handle products only in accordance with applicable laws and accepted laboratory practice, and you accept full responsibility for their use.
3. Orders and payment
An order is a request to purchase. After you place an order we email payment details; the contract is formed when we confirm payment. We may decline or cancel any order, including where we believe the products may be used other than for legitimate research, and will refund any payment received.
4. Prices
Prices are in Australian dollars. We may change prices at any time; the price at the time you place your order applies.
5. Product information

6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to replacing the goods or refunding the price paid. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian state or territory in which Australia Peptides operates.
